I'll be there. I'm debating whether to show my car or just park outside so I can head out early and get some good driving in.

Hey Bob. Were we "sealed in" last year? I got there late (Soccer game) and drove up the sidewalks to get in.

I believe this year they don't want any of the show cars leaving until after the awards presentation.

I think it's Morgan. I asked someone recently why not Lotus as they've never honored them to my knowledge. I was told that they want at least 100 cars minimum for the feature. I don't think that would be a problem. We need to start campaigning.

I think we're usually lucky to get our own class, let alone a featured marque. I think if we did get the feature, we could generate some good turnout.

Something to consider. 100 cars is probably doable, would be interesting to many car enthusiasts. Guess we'll talk next Saturday, check out the Morgans, see how they did it.

Given the attendance at the annual Lotus Owner Gatherings, having at least 100 cars show in the Southeast shouldn't be a problem. Pic from LOG29 this year in Birmingham AL.

I was considering going, but do I see correctly that it's $40? Seems a bit high to me.

Spectators are free. I think it's $30 to show with pre-registration.

That is a bit salty, but it's to raise money for the Red Cross. They donated $40,000 last year. I was considering going, but do I see correctly that it's $40? Seems a bit high to me.

Ahh, I missed that. I'm a bit poor right now, so it's kind of a $40 car show or eating this month. Well, not quite, it just gets harder to justify it to myself! Clearly I need to work on my reading comprehension skills, because I also thought it was a bit closer than it is. Ah well, the distance would have said I can't go anyhow. I hope those of you who are going have a great time and take lots of pictures!
