Our AutoCare Centers are having their annual Charity Car Show (Boys & Girls Club) this Saturday August 1st 9AM-3PM in High Point at the Transportation Center.  The location is under a huge canopy of opaque glass so you and your fine Lotus won't smolder.  I'm having trouble attaching the flyer since I'm at work and the company poilies don't let me get to photobucket or anything fun anymore.  Angry You don't have to pre-register, it's $20 at the door.  Sorry for the lateness, I've been out of the office so much, I don't get on here too much lately.

PS- we will have a dyno at the show.  Bring it on....

Here is a link to the location:http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=220+east+commerce+avenue+high+point&sll=35.824097,-80.218032&sspn=0.832882,0.951691&ie=UTF8&z=17&iwloc=A

It's 220 East Commerce Ave, High Point anyway ..

Here's a pic from LY:

I got "stuck" at work  Grin

Did anyone hit up the dyno?

Good thing about getting stuck at work: test drives! Looks like we found a new owner for our 2005 LB Elise!

The dyno was a no-show which is a good thing for some of us...those devices should be called heart breakers.  Next year we might have a Lotus class.  The European import class was won by an old Ford (seriously).  We're still trying to figure that one out.

Dont you hate stuff like that. We try our best to keep that from happening at our shows.
