Here's a thought... I know the Loop doesn't have beer.  If you guys want to try something different, with outside seating on a screened porch, serves alcohol and has a little broader menu, how about we eat at Amalfi's?  As the name implies, it's Italian.  They have everything from sandwiches, to pizza, to fish, to the typical Italian dishes.

Just a thought and I'm game either place.  Oh yeah, we usually park right outside the porch so we can keep an eye on the car.  Cut and paste these coordinates in Google maps   36.127853,-80.069604

The Loop actually does have beer and wine, but I'm up for something different.  I'll update the first post with Amalfi's.  Let's hope the weather then is like it is today.  I hate being inside!

I love being outside too.  The good thing about Amalfi's is you're outside  but still have a roof over head "just in case" the weather isn't so good.

Maybe we can talk about a weekend cook out at this gathering.  Some burgers on the grill one Saturday or Sunday evening would sure be good!  drool
