What: NAMI Benefit

Where: Dorothea Dix Hospital, Raleigh
Bob (LotOfTrouble on the site) & Jeannie Sidi are leading the second annual trip to Raleigh to benefit NAMI (National Association for Mental Illness). There will be a People's Choice exotic car show on the hospital grounds during the fund raising walk. There is no charge to participate and the cars were a great draw last year.
Cars should be on the field by 9:30 and the event will wrap up by Noon. Afterward, a number will gather for lunch nearby followed by a visit to a local dairy farm for fresh ice cream!
For those wishing to join the caravan from the Charlotte area, they will be leaving from the Bagel Bin (Exit 25 off I-77) at 7am. Triangle folks, you can just roll on over to be there by 9:30.
I did this last year had had a ball. There are some pics in the gallery. Let's try and get some more participants this year and help out a good cause. I've attached a note from Jeannie with more information. Even if you can't attend, please consider sponsoring her walk.
