So hours after telling my Dad how reliable my Esprit has been, I took it for a spin which was more like a trampoline session.  I have the talon syndrome - extremely bouncy left rear.  Time for new dampers.   bat

Oh yeah, laugh it up... you're gonna have a hard time keeping up too... since you spend most of your time on the hook of a tow truck.  :devilish  ROFL  :devilish  ROFL  :devilish  ROFL

Not a tow truck.

...a flat bed

To be honest, that is the only time it's ever been towed, and that was from my old apartment (bum alternator). It has yet to leave me on the side of the road. clapping

all worth it to get this

Never left you stranded?  You did read the title of this thread right?  When you're on the side of the road, give me a buzz so I can have a laugh.   wave

Did you get this fixed? I just did mine and it was only a 3 or 4 hour job.

Yep.  I went with the upgraded Bilstein/Lotus dampers which preserve the stock springs.  Not adjustable, but I'm actually pretty happy with the ride quality of the stock setup so I decided on an "optimized" rather than modified solution.  I really wish I'd had a chance to ride in your car first to feel the difference, but these seem pretty decent.
