Yeah, I think I just need to resign myself to the fact that I wont have a life for the next two years Sad

Dave, are you referring to Nascar or F1? I'm with you buddy,i work in Nascar and they have taken a lot of bashing lately, lot because of the economy, some deserverd, some not. Nevertheless, its the best game in town.Anyway, while in Mooresville you might want to see Memory Lane Museum, mainly Nascar but a lot of cool stuff, largest collection of go karts in America, movie cars and memobilia, famous wrecked cars, everything imaginable automotive related, something for everyone admission $10.00,10-5 Sat closed Sun. www.memorylaneautomuseum.com Just an idea, course i'm partial,i live in Mooresville!

I was an Indy fan for a long time, but now it's just kind of a side show.  F1 is great, but I think it is just too elitist to really enjoy.  I used to hate nascar, but after living in Daytona for 4 years and then moving to NC, I've started to get into it.  I still prefer the small tracks and road courses, and it think there are way too many races each year, but it is really exciting in the beginning of the season.  Now that the driver field is becoming more international I think it is becoming more relevant compared to other sports.

Anyway, sorry to hijack the thread...

I'm up for either karting or going to the Simpson store.

So what's the verdict?  There's an Acura 3.2CL Type S with nav and the 6-speed at the Carmax in Charlotte so if it's still there, I'd like to check it out that day.  thumbsup Have we even decided on a day?
