Mike, It's hard to tell.  Today must have been "take a State Trooper out to dinner" night or something.  I took it easy coming down I-40 and through K'ville.  I was going to head out the back roads to Walnut Cove.  After passing my 3rd Trooper within 5 miles of one another, I turned around and headed home.  I made one short run up to about 80mph on Hwy 158 and it pulls strong.  Initial feeling is LOTS more grunt down low.  Maybe this weekend I'll have a chance to explore some of my back road haunts.  :devilish

No sound at all.  Seriously, if you didn't know it was there, there is absolutely nothing audibly or visibly to tip you off... well, until it blows by you!  :devilish

It IS fast enough to get your attention now.  I took one of my Mustang track buddies to lunch today.  He was impressed and I figured out WOT+bend in road+slight lift=EXCITEMENT![/color]

Definitely worth the money.  Even my "Corvette driving" wife is impressed.

As awesome as 0-60 is, I get the most satisfaction from accelerating without having to downshift.  Third or 4th gear will still take most cars by surprise especially if you are hovering around where the 2nd cam kicks in.  And the 2nd cam is no longer as punctuated when it kicks in.  It just goes....................................................................................  thumbsup

I really want to go ahead and get it..... my only issue is the warranty issue (it's the CPA in me).  I hate to walk away from that on a car that only has 3K and is 9 months old.  But did see that the SC is still on sale at Sector111.... Decisions decisions.... Huh?

"Supposedly" the warranty is uneffected except for the factory parts that were replaced.  Of course we all know how insurance and warranties work... they always cover everything EXCEPT our loss!  tongue3

I had 6k miles on my car when I took the plunge.  I figured if anything mechanical was going to fail, it would have already given some indication.  And I didn't want to wait 3 years!
