I'm thinking of putting a set of very small projector-type driving lights under the front bumper.  idea1 Hello Micro DEs seem like the way to go. My concern are the world reknowned infamous Lucas electrics in older Lotus'. Has anyone had any experiences with this? Thoughts?  dontknow

You could run all new wire, switch, relay from light to dash to battery.  Leave Mr. Lucas completely out of the loop!  I prefer having the option of turning my lights on or off independant of the headlights anyway.  idea1

Instead of going that route, have you considered upgrading the existing headlights to HID? There are kits availalble
