Well, I just got done putting the top on the car and cleaning the windows (what a pain in the butt.. both of them). Hopefully I didn't jinx us  Tell me about it. Mine got a wash, clay bar, and wax last weekend. We are screwed. |

If it will make you feel any better, it's heavily overcast and the wind is howling like a banshee here. And it looks like it could rain anytime. But it is about 70º.

My next door neighbor went to the App game in Boone on Saturday. He said it snowed like crazy and was cold as hell. So, we made the right call. That storm was less than 24 hours away from Asheville. Better safe than sorry this time of the year in the mountains... unless we all took the SUVs  |

I went up to Beech Mountain and saw some pretty significant snow yesterday. I have a Passat for a rental car now while the MINI is being repaired from the accident. It is a little too soft for the paved twisties, but it really loves the gravel roads |
