How about creating a sticky with links to members' videos on YouTube or where ever.  We can move or copy existing links to the first post in the thread and continually update the list as new videos are taken.  One of Bob's, Matt's or Mrs MoS's videos is how I get a lame day back on course  Grin

Now fix it so it gathers them all up and puts them in one folder so we can access them without having to find the originating thread, Mr. nerd.
