I was thinking about cole slaw(angel hair cabbage/poppy seed dressing) and/or edemame/cilantro/chickpea salad. BUT THEN I remembered we are driving the Lotus...so, I'm not sure what will travel well...maybe a bag of chips?  Baked beans? Still thinking... |

Lisa and I just got back from the grocery store and buying all the meat, buns, etc. I realize food doesn't travel well in the Lotus, so I will leave it open to you guys to get creative.
